Students who live outside the Chattanooga State six county service area (Hamilton, Rhea, Marion, Grundy, Sequatchie and Bledsoe) may arrange for an "external proctor".

To Guarantee you have an external proctor assigned, the External Proctoring Request form MUST be submitted to CDE by the end of the first week of the semester.
